Located in North Bund, a very prominent location of Shanghai, just north-east from the city centre, building is set to become an HQ for the tech and gaming giant, Bytedance.
Integrating old industrial elements, warehouses and drydocks with contemporary architectural program, design aims to create an iconic piece that stands out on the bank of Huangpu river.
